By accessing or using Survival Signals Bot ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide cryptocurrency trading signals via Telegram based on algorithmic strategies. All trades are executed by you; we do not execute trades on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed per plan via Stripe and recur automatically.
Manage or cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal.
No refunds after signals are delivered; refund requests are at our sole discretion.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading is risky. You may lose all invested capital. Nothing here is financial advice. Always do your own research ("DYOR").

6. No Financial Advice

Our signals are informational only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, trademarks, logos, and designs are our property. You may not reproduce or create derivatives without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or loss arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or via binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
